Delivery Method

At AQUAQUICK 2000, we ensure that our products are shipped with care and efficiency. All orders are dispatched using standard delivery methods. To place your order, simply visit our website or reach out to us via email. Once your order, including payment authorization, is received, we will provide a tailored shipping scheme based on your specific country/location.

Working Days

We ship orders on working days only. Our working days span from Monday to Sunday, excluding public holidays recognized in the European Union. This schedule ensures that your order is processed and dispatched promptly.

Shipping Costs

The cost of shipping your order is determined by several factors: the total amount of your order, the destination, and the type of shipping method selected. For orders within the European Union, we often offer reduced shipping rates. For orders destined outside the European Union, additional shipping costs apply. These costs are automatically calculated based on your order and confirmed through email communication.

Please Note: For deliveries OUTSIDE EUROPE, our shipping costs do not include customs clearance fees and import duties. These additional costs are charged upon the arrival of the shipment in your country and are the responsibility of the recipient.

International orders (Outside Europe)

For orders destined beyond Europe, processing will be determined by the chosen shipping method, the quantity of products ordered, and various other conditions.


Please note that online orders cannot be placed for delivery addresses outside the European Union. This restriction also applies to specific regions such as Greenland, the Faroe Islands, certain remote islands, and select overseas territories. Tracking Your Order

Upon processing your order in our warehouse, a tracking number will be assigned, if applicable. You will receive a notification when your package departs our warehouse. Please note that it may take up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become visible in the courier’s system.
